This animation was made by Hitsuki, who later decided to draw hentai doujins, more precisely of the girls from the Dead or Alive fighting game series.
And a few years later in 2006, Hitsuki decided to open his own JAV production company, called Knight Visual, they produce films focused on various styles but with a focus on cosplays.
So we have many films in which the girls are dressed as schoolgirls or bunny girls. And the funniest thing is that on his Twitter profile, Hitsuki shares many, and I mean many behind-the-scenes photos from the filming of his films:
