On September 19, Kanagawa police arrested a man named Yasuo Fukamoto for violating the new pornography law banning the release of uncensored adult videos.
From December 2022 to April this year, Fukamoto appeared in porn films he filmed and edited with women he recruited online.

He is accused of failing to adequately explain to the four women in their 20s what would happen to the content and of failing to provide them with a contract even though he was selling the content.
A 42-year-old Tokyo resident also put content with uncensored women’s faces on sale to anyone willing to pay a higher fee.
That’s what got him in trouble, because the women noticed and complained to the police. The women agreed to appear if their faces and genitals were pixelated. Fukamoto admitted the charges.
Fukamoto has a Twitter account where he promotes his content to his 100,000 followers. He regularly received messages from women attracted to his attractive body.
His earnings from pay-to-view AV fan site content were apparently in excess of 1 million per month.
